Hello, back with me again! At this time, i want to share the readers’ point of view of the journal that i have read with the title of The Impact of English As an International Language on English Language Teaching in Indonesia by Devy Angga Gunantar. Here is a little information. In this journal, the readers’ point of view is the third person. Why? It is because (source from wikipedia) in the third-person narrative mode, each and every character is referred to by the narrator as "he", "she", "it", or "they", but never as "I" or "we" (first-person ), or "you" (second-person) So, the readers played like a narrator or third person. Okay, thank you for the time you make to read my blog. Have a good day! :)

Here is a little information. The main idea from the author of this journal is that: textbooks have played a very important role in the teaching and learning process The reason from the author’ main argument of this journal is: the writer analyzed how cultural issues are presented in English textbooks, and revealed the teachers‘ perspective about learning English in Indonesia. In the next post, i will explain about the point of view of the reader in this journal. Thank you :)
